Communication Guidelines

How to Reach Us and What to Expect

Thank you for being a valued client. To ensure you receive the highest quality of service, please review the following communication guidelines.

My work is mentally intensive and requires deep focus — understanding how and when to reach me helps me serve you better and respond more effectively.

Response Times

Due to the focused, detail-oriented nature of tax and financial work, I am not always immediately available. My phone is frequently set to silent to allow for uninterrupted concentration.

Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive an immediate response. All messages are reviewed and addressed in the order received.

Preferred Communication Methods

To ensure your requests are handled efficiently and securely, please use the appropriate communication channel outlined below. Using the correct method allows us to respond more effectively and maintain the quality of service you expect.

Text Messages and Phone Calls — Please be aware that text and phone call availability is extremely limited and should be reserved for urgent issues and emergencies. Otherwise, most communication can be resolved through the client portal or via email.

If you reach voicemail, leave a detailed message including your full name, callback number, and a clear description of your request along with any relevant deadlines or context.
