I’m Patti Bracey, an IRS Enrolled Agent and business advisor with more than 17 years of experience in taxation and accounting. I work closely with business owners to provide strategic tax planning, entity guidance, and financial insight that supports informed decisions and long-term stability. My work focuses on helping clients identify opportunities, reduce risk, and avoid costly surprises through proactive, year-round support.
As an Enrolled Agent, I hold the highest credential issued by the IRS. This designation requires passing a comprehensive examination covering both individual and business tax matters, adhering to strict ethical standards under Circular 230, and completing ongoing continuing education each year. Like CPAs and attorneys, I have unlimited practice rights, allowing me to represent taxpayers before the IRS and state tax authorities when needed.
